Terms of Sale:
We accept orders by phone, fax, mail, and through our web site. We accept Visa, Master Card, & Discover and American Express credit cards. Checks and money orders are also accepted. Sorry, we do not accept COD's.
Damaged Merchandise:
You must check each shipment for damage immediately upon receipt of goods. Please notify us of any damage within 24 hours, and we will authorize an exchange or return. Items damaged must be returned to us within 7 calendar days (shipping and handling are the responsibility of the buyer). If, for some reason there is a shortage on your order, and you have not been notified of a back order, please contact us immediately.
Return Policy & Guarantee:
If not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. Please notify us to obtain approval to return item (shipping is not refundable). Item must be returned to seller within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping & Handling Info:
Currently we ship only to addresses in the United States, via USPS or UPS. Post office boxes accepted. Sorry, No COD's. Shipping and Handling charges will apply to all orders. If you would like your purchase insured, please request when placing order. Orders will be filled in the order that they are received. Please allow approx. 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Disclaimer:
Our products may vary slightly in dimensions due to the variety of scenes and animals. However, we strive to keep the dimensions as consistent as possible. We powder coat each product (unless otherwise stated) for durability and ease of cleaning, but surfaces can scratch. Variations in look and appearance will occur, but are not considered to be a defective product.

We reserve the right to use any of our design work on our web site and in our brochures for promotional purposes.
